| Personal History : |
Following Acornsong's recognition the tribe went through a period where there was a wealth of recognitions resulting in a large number of foals for the tribe. Moonlight was one of these foals; her parents had already recognized some fifty turns earlier, resulting in the birth of Loudsong.
Spoiled beyond hope as a child, Moonlight was ever watchful to everything that went on around her. As she grew she developed into a promising young huntress, and realized that her mother was not as proud and smiling as she remembered her. Infallible had hoped that her daughter too would become an archer and when it became obvious that Moonlight showed a preference and aptitude for hand-to-hand, she turned her attention once more to Loudsong.
Although she has managed to hide it for the most part, Moonlight felt neglected by her mother's lack of interest and still tries to call her mother's attention and pride, although she has by now realized that she'll never be close to her mother as she is to her sire.
When the CatRiders kidnapped her cousin Sundrop, it was Moonlight who first reached out for her aunt, Stream - and even though there's no blood relation between them, to date she considers Stream no less her mother than Infallible, and in some ways perhaps more so. The two females have remained close through the years, and Moonlight has always sought to draw Stream's attention from that tragic event by trying to get her involved in the various activities of the tribe.
She has no lovemate or lifemate yet, though she has deep feelings for her agemate, Moss. While she would greatly treasure a relationship with him, she is also deeply afraid that she would make the worst of mates for her kind and loving Moss. As it has turned out, he also has feelings for her, and is not as sure that she would be as much a failure at a relationship as she seems to believe. The matter has yet to be resolved. |

Ever since his mate was killed by the CatRiders he has grieved, and has not yet sired another litter. |

Long rumored to be a Greater Pegasus because of his size, and because he's usually one to demand respect from the herd all. His mother was tamed, but his father was an Alicorn from the wild. It is therefore possible that he is in some way related to Battlefire, and would explain the strong ties of friendship that bind the two Alicorns. This might change should the Stallion and the Mare ever come to a challenge over leadership, however this has yet to happen. |
